  • Passwords must be between 10 and 25 characters.  Mixed case letters, numbers, and special symbols required. The following symbols are allowed: + _ % @ ! $ * ~
  • Session controls automatically log-off after ten minutes of non-use
  • Session controls automatically lock a customer's ID and PIN after three failed access attempts
